About the event
This event is Casa Mexico’s contribution to The “Accelerate Action” IWD campaign that is calling individuals, organizations, and communities worldwide to take swift and decisive measures to eliminate systemic barriers and biases hindering women’s progress. The initiative encourages collective efforts to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness about discrimination, and take concrete actions toward gender parity. By embracing the “Accelerate Action” theme, International Women’s Day 2025 aims to inspire momentum for change, tackle structural inequalities, and promote inclusivity and intersectionality in the pursuit of a gender-equal world.
In the local level our networking includes an open mic style conversation and artistic participation with the following women in our community who will be sharing in their own way how they are accelerating action in their own lives. We encourage all participants to gather together and be engaged in the discussion and networking.
